Woodlands & Wilderness

We’ll take you to this remote location in our 4×4 vehicle, we can break up the journey with a visit to a working sheep and deer farm, as well as stories about Maori history and culture from your friendly guide. There are a number of options from here, including the famous Routeburn and Lake Sylvan tracks. Talk to us to find the best walking track for you; cascading waterfalls, bluer-than-blue rivers, and mystical beech forests with native bird song are all on the menu!

Glacier Country and Mt Aspiring National Park

Some of New Zealand’s most popular and challenging walks are in this region. After a scenic 4×4 drive, you’ll ascend the valley on foot into an alpine environment. Listen to the creaks and groans of glaciers as you enjoy your gourmet lunch in the mountains, before returning through native bush. Optional upgrades include taking the jet boat up the Matukituki river and a helicopter landing on Mt Aspiring Glacier.
